Because our products are digital and access is granted immediately after purchase, no refunds are provided except in the limited, technical cases listed below. Please watch our demo class before you buy to ensure the course fits your needs.
Instant digital deliveryRefund Exceptions (Technical Delivery Only)
- We are unable to deliver course access due to a system issue on our side.
- The official app does not support your device or crashes repeatedly, making access impossible.
- Course access is completely unavailable in our app even after standard troubleshooting.
(Clear, unedited video proof is required.)
Conditions for a Refund Review
- Submit a request within 7 days of purchase.
- Provide clear video proof of the problem (screen recording showing the issue in the app).
- Multi-login is not allowed. If account sharing or unusual login activity is detected, refunds will be refused.
- Web access is not available; all course content is accessible only through our official app.
Third-Party AI Tools Disclaimer (All Lessons)
All lessons in our course use AI tools created by other companies. We do not own or control these tools. Over time, these companies may start charging for their tools, change how they work, or stop offering them altogether. These changes are outside of our control and are not valid reasons for a refund, and outcomes/results produced by these tools may vary.
Refund Not Eligible For
- Requests for web/website access instead of using the official app.
- Not getting the exact same AI outputs as shown in demos or marketing examples (AI results naturally vary).
- Third-party AI tools becoming paid, changing features, geo-restricting access, performance differences, or service discontinuation.
- Issues caused by device limitations, outdated OS, low storage, weak/unstable internet, VPN/proxy, or failure to follow setup instructions.
- Change of mind after access is granted, or “I didn’t use it” claims.
Additional Notes
- We may request extra diagnostics (app version, device model, OS version, logs) to verify issues.
- Troubleshooting steps (reinstall app, clear cache, update OS/app, disable VPN) must be attempted before a refund review.
- All refund decisions are final and at the discretion of aicourses4u management.
